Ways to Make the Most of Your Visit
Preparing for your lash appointment is just as important as choosing the right lash artist. Follow these tips to set yourself up for Lash Success:
Tip #1 - Clean Your Lashes
Arriving with eye makeup on will impact your lash appointment in the following ways:
Eye makeup requires additional products and effort to effectively remove all traces of it. If it is not removed prior to the extension application the extension will not bond properly to the natural lash and will most likely shed prematurely resulting in the need for maintenance sooner.
Aside from retention issues, arriving will cosmetic products on your lashes will require additional time to properly remove. That time is taken out of your lash appointment application time allotted so you will wind up receiving less lash extensions during this visit. That results in leaving with a less than optimal set and will require maintenance sooner.
Avoid waterproof mascara 48 hours before your appointment. It will leave residue on your lashes that will affect retention.
Tip #2 - Book Accordingly
A full set of extensions can take between 2-4 hours and infills take between 60-90 minutes. This is an art that cannot be rushed.

Tip #3 - No caffeine!
When we tell you to skip your morning cup of Joe on lash day we mean it...
It can make your eyes jittery which will affect our ability to safely lash you.
Tip #4 - Please arrive on time
Arriving late does not extend your appointment time. Since guests are usually booked back to back we are unable to extend appointments due to tardiness. (ie: you are paying for our time, not for when you arrive!) You also receive less lashes if you are not punctual and we want you to leave with the most beautiful lashes possible!
